Coal quarry in IRAN needs to buy the pneumatic coal washing system (it has to be pneumatic process because of the drought). Looking for partner to basically do a buy back. They would be producing about 10 to 15 thousand tons of coal per month and are looking for someone to invest in the equipment and get washed coal in return (conditions and details to be agreed upon).
