Oil & Gas Acquisition brief;
We are seeking for acquisition opportunities with both;
- a) sizable reserves (several TCFs or hundreds of MMBBLs),
- b) production rates (thousands of bpd or hundreds of MMSCFPD).
Our strategic approach is;
- We are interested in acquisition of overseas oil & gas projects.
- The policy of ‘developing oil & gas projects (with oil projects being the focus), focusing on onshore projects with the support of offshore projects, and promoting the method of equity control with the support of equity participation.
- Our focus would be on the strategic areas of the Middle East, Central Asia and Africa.
- We focus on acquiring onshore producing oil and gas fields with sizable production and reserve scales.
- We adopt a flexible approach to acquisitions and appropriate operating models to obtain more high-quality overseas oil and gas resources.
