LETTER OF INTEREST for Kerosene A1, EN590/D2 and Light Crude Oil

Our Company has a Co-Mandate from the buyer, a registered company in Australia, (Bank: ANZ) hereby confirm that we are interested in purchasing the following products as detailed below if the terms and conditions are reasonable to us:

Commodity: Low Sulphur Gasoil / EN 590 / D2
Quality: low‐sulfur EN 590
Quantity: from 100.000 Mt/month – up to 300.000 Mt/month (with rolls and extensions)
First shipment: from 50.000 Mt up to 100.000 Mt
Contract duration: from 1 up to 3 years, or more
Price Gross: to be agreed
Commission: to be agreed
Loading port: Seller´s Option
Delivery: CIF Rotterdam

Commodity: Aviation Kerosene Colonial Grade 54 JET FUEL
Quality: Standard Export Quality A-1.
Quantity: from 1 up to 3 million bbls
First shipment: 1 million bbls
Contract duration: from 1 up to 3 years, or more (with rolls and extensions)
Price Gross: to be agreed
Commission: to be agreed
Loading port: Seller´s Option
Delivery: CIF Rotterdam
Procedure: to be agreed

Commodity: Light Crude Oil
Quality: Export standard quality
Quantity: from 2 up to 4 million bbls/month or more First shipment: from 1 up to 2 million bbls
Contract duration: from 1 up to 3 years, or more (with rolls and extensions)
Price Gross: to be agreed
Commission: to be agreed
Loading port: Seller´s Option
Delivery: CIF Rotterdam (or Western Europe)

Payment method: IRDLC, Irrevocable Revolving Documentary Letter of Credit of monthly value against 2% Performance Bond (both of them from a prime western bank)

PB: In sequence the Seller shall issue his PB (Performance Bond) of 2% monthly shipment amount in favour of the Buyer, making the Buyer’s non‐operative payment instrument operative.

    We have A1 available on FOB or Tank to Tank basis Rotterdam.
    1st lift 2m bbl, followed by 3m/month.

      For Jet Fuel u can make Platts. As soon as u can offer to our client minus 5 net minimum and gross 7 or you can go higher? He’s interested.

      May I kindly ask you to send to the moderator of this platform the Tank Farm Name used in Rotterdam/ Houston to facilitate Tanks Ownership Swap?

  2. Hi there, I have noted your requirements and can arrange offer of Light crude oil of Nigeria origin. The product. 2-4 million bbls/month, can be delivered to Rotterdam and the price per bbl will be calculated based on three days average (the day before, the day of and the day after) after completion of inspection as quoted for DTD Brent crude oil price published by McGraw Hill Market wire. The net discount to buyer will be US$ 6/bbl and there is a sum of US$ 4/bbl as commission to be shared by all parties involved. The payment guarantee must be an SBLC and payment for each cargo vial MT-103 upon receipt and inspection at the port of unloading. Sleer will post a 2% PB.

    Please confirm this would be interest so as to proceed further accordingly.

      Unfortunately, our client doesn’t have storage/ tank farms in Rotterdam.

      He is still interested, but we will come back as soon as we are ready to purchase crude oil and the client has storage in Rotterdam.

      We double check regarding the tank / storage availability, but so far our client doesn’t have in Rotterdam.
