Important hotel group buys in Geneva

Important hotel group is looking to buy a 3 stars hotel in Geneva, Switzerland. Minimum: 60 rooms.

  2. Before going further on the subject, we need to check which side will pay the commission, how it will be split.

    We will also need (before any NDA) to see the real compromise from the side who pays the commission (i.e. a draft of agreement for payments).

    We also need to discuss how would the payment to buy the hotel is planned…. one shot ? over some years ? Both sides must be clear before we proceed to introductions.

    We have different options in Geneva for 3* & 4*.

    Regarding the minimum requirements we have two of 2*& 3* and they are both very well located in Geneva.

    #1 hotel has over 110 rooms, and its price is 65 MLS.
    #2 hotel has around 60 rooms, and its price is 15 MLS.

    If you are interested in two more hotels also very well located in GVA, we can give you more information, but unfortunately, they have less than 60 rooms.

      Thank you for the message, an important hotel group is looking for opportunities in Switzerland and particularly in Geneva.

      This group is mainly looking for 3 * or 4 * not very luxury or Palace hotels.

      The minimum number of rooms required 60 rooms.

      The purchase is on the walls and the goodwill.
