An important Holding from Middle East is looking for hotels to buy in Swizerland, 4 to 5 stars only.

    Thank you for your reply. We are happy to share the information needed once the NDA has been signed. The seller is paying a 3% commission + VAT, split by the three parties (1% me, 1% you and 1% our common contact of the platform).

    Our clients are always looking for hotels; we would like to propose your hotels but for that we would need to have more information about the hotels and also financial statements of the last 3 years.

    But first we must check what are the commissions on the seller side, and how we will split it. Then, when all agreed, we can sign an NDA as a guarantee.

      I take the liberty of intervening in the conversation, indeed for an important European hotel group, we are looking for hotels in Switzerland, particularly in the Canton of GE and VD.
      Preferably 3* or 4*, a search for more than 100 rooms.

      Here are some hotels we can offer you for now:

      Hotels in Geneva:
      1) around 80 rooms, 4*, close to the train station
      2) around 140 rooms, 4*, center of Geneva

      Hotel in Zurich,
      around 75 rooms, 4*, centric, close to lake.

      If you find any options interesting, I would recommend we sign the agreement with our common contact and agree on the payment of his commission. Like this we can disclose further information.
