For a small history, this was a fully functioned fuel network under the second republic (Mobutu regime) to supply and serve the entire administration throughout the country.
Due to the state instability last decade , it became un-operational.
After research’s , we have seen the opportunity of a full distribution network to restore.
The network has former tanks , pomps and strategic sites all over the country.
After exchanging with the state office in charge , the government has see the opportunity and ready to reactivate this with new partners on a Public Private deal .
We need to secure the project by incorporating a private company as a new shareholder of the national entreprise that will operate and manage the program.
By renovating this network, our main and key client will be the state ( différents states offices to supply like public transport bus, ministers, trucks ,airplanes,…) then also commun users.
We may have some tax relief as renewing this former state network left behind.
