Strong international hotel investor is seeking to buy one or two hotel boutiques in Marbella, or Spanish south coast.

  2. Hi concerning questions of the 5* hotel in Marbella:

    – direct mandate: yes (with exclusivity)

    -number of rooms: more than 170 where:
    – more than 50 high standing luxury doubles
    – 30+ junior suites,
    – 60+ grand suites with one bedroom,
    – 10+ grand suites with two or more bedrooms

    It also has: 11 rooms that are used for the following: 5 for employees, 3 meetings for conference rooms, and 3 meetings that are used for offices,

    It also has a large conference room that can accommodate up to 500 people, for congresses, weddings, etc … all within the Hotel.

    In the same hotel they have large kitchens and a restaurant at the foot of the gardens as well as swimming pools, where they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner a la carte.

    Already in the beach club, they have large kitchens and space for 700 people, in this same beach club, there are two restaurants, which are divided into:

    a) a luxury one with buffet that is famous throughout the Costa del Sol

    b) Another a la carte restaurant for those who do not want a buffet, the two restaurants are separated surrounded by the first line of the beach and pool.

    Regarding the situation, the Hotel is 300 meters from the seashore, and there is a navette, which takes and brings clients from the hotel to the beach (where the beach club is located) every 5 minutes.

    There are already 2 investors that have signed a LOI
